We are looking for a Cook to join our Catering team. We welcome hundreds of people each week to our Visitor Attraction where customers have spectacular views across the Firth of Forth to the iconic Bass Rock.
In this role you will prepare ingredients, become familiar with the equipment, cooking processes and presentation of food to ensure that customer orders are prepared and served at the same time. You will also take responsibility for ensuring that the kitchen area is cleaned and maintained in line with the appropriate health and safety, food standards and hygiene regulations and practices.
