WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT OUR EDUCATION WORKSHOPS

How to Book a Visit

Booking is essential for all indoor and outdoor education sessions, whether you are self-guided in the Discovery Experience or taking part in one of our educational workshops.

To make a booking, please email jackc@seabird.org with your request. Please have alternative dates available as we may not always be able to accommodate your first choice, particularly during the summer term.

Costs for our Education Workshops are available here.

Risk assessments for each workshop can be found here.

For each workshop we offer, refer to our Educational Workshop Guide which includes a summary of each workshop and the Curriculum for Excellence experiences and outcomes. These workshops can be tailored to focus on any subject of your preference.

If there is something specific you would like to explore with your group that is not currently on offer, please email jackc@seabird.org and we will happily design a workshop to meet your needs.

Familiarisation visits Free planning visits are available to teachers. We recommend a planning visit to ensure your group get the most from their trip. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we are always happy to help. We aim to make your class trip as enjoyable for you, as it is for your pupils.
