We are delighted to welcome Yarrow Cookery School to run some events at the Scottish Seabird Centre.
In this Yarrow Cookery favourite, you will learn to master Yotam Ottolenghi essentials. Expect bold flavours and bright colours as you get creative making dishes inspired by this Jerusalem born, Italian inspired chef!
Sharing patters, dips and deliciously indulgent salads are at the heart of this cookery class. You will cover a multitude of skills as you create brightly coloured and vibrant dishes, inspired by this ground-breaking chef.
In this class:
- Roast a whole cauliflower
- Butternut squash
- Lebanese styled local lamb
- Darkly roasted Aubergine
- Pea & mint, za’atar fritters
Timings for the class:
6.00pm – Welcome drinks and introduction
6.10pm – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques
6.30pm – Start cooking
9.00pm – Garnishing and plating
9.10pm – Dinner is served
10.00pm – Goodbyes
