This class concentrates on preparing locally caught North Berwick lobsters and freshly caught Scottish seafood.
Richard at Yarrow Cookery School:
"At the Yarrow Cookery School we love to use as much local produce as possible. In this class we use Lobster caught just off the coast of North Berwick by our friend and local fisherman Sam. You will develop the skills and confidence to be able to prep and prepare live lobster. Richard, the head chef at the Yarrow Cookery School, will select two other pieces of fresh Scottish seafood to further develop your skill set, depending on the catch of day!"
Timings for the class:
6.00pm – Welcome drinks and introduction
6.10pm – Run through of recipes and cooking techniques
6.30pm – Start cooking
9.00pm – Garnishing and plating
9.10pm – Dinner is served
10.00pm – Goodbyes
Everything you need will be provided for including aprons, cookery equipment, recipes and ingredients. Please let us know prior to booking if you have an allergy or dietary requirement as this class may not be suitable.
