Join us for an informal community drop-in event to learn more about an exciting new chapter for two of Scotland's most important seabird islands.
Bass Rock and Craigleith have recently become part of the RSPB nature reserve network, marking the beginning of a new partnership between the Scottish Seabird Centre and RSPB Scotland. Together, we will continue to protect and manage these internationally important islands for the benefit of the seabirds that depend on them.
This is an opportunity to meet the teams from the Scottish Seabird Centre and RSPB Scotland, hear more about the partnership, and find out what it means for the future of the islands, their wildlife and the people who care about them.
Whether you have been involved with the islands for many years or are simply interested in learning more about this exciting project, we'd love to see you there. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts and chat informally with the teams involved.
No booking is required - just drop in any time between 7pm and 8pm.
We look forward to welcoming you.
The partnership project and acquisition has been made possible with support from the National Heritage Memorial Fund, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, National Lottery players and the generous support of private donors.
