Alliance CDM was established in 1995 in direct response to the introduction of the CDM Regulations which came into force three months previous. The practice acted in the capacity of Planning Supervisors until 2007 where training was undertaken to take on the role of the CDM co-ordinator. With the introduction of CDM 2015 and the new Principal Designer role, our architectural background and design qualifications coupled with our extensive CDM experience make us an ideal candidate for fulfilling the principal designer duties.
