Celebrate Scotland's Seas with Us

We're thrilled to share our exciting programme of events for this year's Marine Fest.

A host of passionate environmentalists and nature enthusiasts will share their stories and love of the seas at the Scottish Seabird Centre this June. Now in it’s third year, MarineFest will run from 8 to 12 June. The packed programme brings together leading artists, writers and environmentalists to celebrate Scotland’s incredible marine wildlife and habitats.

Joining the programme are wild swimming writers Vicky Allan and Anna Deacon, World Ocean Day Youth Ambassador, Caitlin Turner and Edinburgh Sketcher and to name just a few.

The kids will be spoilt for choice with rockpool sessions, live science shows, gannet games and messy play.

Enjoy a family friendly evening Catamaran Cruise around the Bass Rock as the sun starts to set.

All of the events must be pre-booked and the full programme is available to book online.

As well as our ticketed events we have some brilliant drop-in activities and pop-ups with partners and local charities, see below for details and don't miss the amazing plastics exhibition by local artist Lil Vischer which will be on in our boat office until 25 June.
