Bird Feeder Web Cam

Bird Feeder Web Cam

The Scottish Seabird Centre is a world leader in remote wildlife viewing. The webcam images you are watching are transmitted live, direct from the Seabird Centre’s cameras, which are located on the islands of the Firth of Forth and controlled by visitors at the Centre. The live images refresh every 5-10 seconds.

The Bird Feeder Cam is positioned at the entrance to the Seabird Centre. A bit different from our seabird and seal cams, it attracts lots of visitors (of the non-seabird variety) including blackbirds, sparrows, bluetits and starlings. There is also a Garden Birds display in the Discovery Centre with different types of nest boxes, bird foods and ideas to attract more birds to your garden. The exhibit is designed to help visitors get to know more about the birds in their own back garden. You can also buy bird food and feeders from our Gift Shop. Members receive 10% discount in our Gift Shop and Cafe. To become a member, visit our Members' Page.

You can also see our bronze sculptures from this camera - one of an Arctic Tern by sculptor Geoffrey Dashwood, unveiled this year by comedian and television personality Ronnie Corbett. The other is of three king penguins by the late George Graham.
