The Scottish Seabird CentreThe Scottish Seabird Centre has achieved VisitScotland's 5 Stars for excellence and has won 25 awards for sustainable tourism, customer service, wildlife, innovation and design, including the Green Tourism Gold Award and the prestigious Queen's Award for Enterprise. A selection is listed below:

  • Queen's Award for Enterprise 2004 and 2009 - HRH The Queen and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh visited the Seabird Centre in 2009 to personally present the award and tour the Centre

The Scottish Seabird Centre is very proud to have won a Green Tourism Gold Award (www.green-business.co.uk). This award recognises the importance of businesses being environmentally friendly and encourage the development of sustainable tourism industry.

Queen's Award for Enterprise (Sustainable Development)
